Government Car Auctions – What I’ve always been looking for!

Written on January 16th, 2010 by adminone shout

Everyone who knows about this will want to get in! Actually, when we were younger, we used to talk about getting access to seized government vehicles at throwaway prices – especially jeeps were what we were interested in, but we never really got close to one of those auctions.

Today, thanks to the internet, there is a way by which every single person who wants to buy a car (which means most of us reading this article) can have access to government auctions and see if he can get his hands on a new car seized for whatever reason! Then there are police vehicles and other government vehicles which have to be sold off due to rules that they can’t be in service for more than the stipulated period, and they go into government auctions too.

But the question is, how do we get into those auctions? Here is the solution.

The first thing I loved about this website is that we can check out for free the vehicles which recently got sold in our zip code area.  I found that some wonderful Chevrolet vehicles got sold for as little as $ 4000, and that is seriously good! Then we need to register for a very affordable sum of under $ 40, and there is a lifetime access to all auctions on it. Even if you don’t ever buy a car on the site, just the fact that you can gawk at all those shining cars being sold off for a pittance makes your membership worth it :) If you get around to buying a car, you make up that amount several times over anyway – and what I love is that this is a lifetime membership – meaning whenever I want to change my car, I can access their database – which is really great!

Apart from that, there is a 30 day money back guarantee on the membership, which is refunded without question if we don’t find the site useful. That is really nice of the guys who manage that site.

Finishing this up, I found a Mitsubishi Galant on offer at $ 1100, a Ford E-350 van for under $ 2000, and several other vehicles (which I liked) at such prices. The membership is absolutely worth it!! Another thing is the exceptional customer service this site has – though it provides us with listings from hundreds of repossessed car auctions from all over, it handles the customer service of all those auctions right from this one site, and that is a great option. Try it!

Have you seen the Avatar store?

Written on January 5th, 2010 by adminno shouts

Most of the people who will read this article would already have watched the magic Avatar of James Cameron. If you haven’t, first watch it and then come back here!Avatar Action Figures

Though we are not talking just about the movie, I can’t but mention how much I enjoyed the wonderful creation of this wonderful director. Like most movie buffs, after coming back home, I came online to check out for other stuff which would make the experience even better and then came across a whole page on Amazon dedicated to several lines of products inspired by the movie. For starters, here is the link.

Not only does the store now have collectibles and action figures from the film (which by way, look quite awesome!), but they also have some amazing new video games and books that take you behind the scenes. The good thing – which I love the most – is that the pricing of them all is quite good – for instance, the books are at under $ 10 and the action figures start at under $ 10, and the apparel range of ‘glow in the dark’ t-shirts also start at $ 10.

If you have kids at home, you absolutely should make sure that you give this store a visit. Since the Avatar craze is only getting stronger, you probably won’t find stocks of the popular toys and games in a few days from now! Check it out here – http://thereviewsite.info/avatar

Holiday Deals are here!!!

What I love about the internet is the number of deals that keep cropping up from time to time – all around the year! If we feel that we have missed out on something, there is some other store that promotes some other event, and if nothing else works, we can always head down to a site like Overstock.

We just came past a crazy weekend – of Black Friday and Cyber Monday; and Amazon has another ace up its sleeve – of a special holiday deals section powered by American Express.

If you are a regular at Amazon, you will know that there are special lightning and daily deals that crop up each day. These deals have a limited number of pieces and you can see in real time how many are still around. However, this holiday season, the same lightning kind of deals are extended to almost every genre and the good thing is that they are on products that are extremely useful. I just bought a Toshiba 500 GB USB 2.0 Portable Hard Dive HDDR500E04XL (Liquid Blue) at $ 89.99, and I know for a fact that it’s street price today is over $ 120. I actually wanted to buy it last Friday, but the loooooooonnnnnnggggggggg line in front of our local stores made me run indoors!

Then there is the KitchenAid Professional 600 Series 6-Quart Stand Mixers which retails for $ 499 outside. The given price on this deal is $ 299, and a solid saving of $ 200 is more than enough for a lot of people to buy!

What makes these deals so good is that they are from Amazon and not some silly new store that got its hands on a batch of factory reject products from some place and want to make a mark. Amazon has never sold products that are not good on quality, and this season won’t be any different!

If you’ve not yet stocked up on gifts or on products for the home, this is a great time! Delve in, and have fun.
